This is an excellent product ! I use it to hold gauze around my feeding tube in place and it’s fantastic ! Buyer beware that it’s only 4 yards long so IF you use it often you’ll use up a roll very fast. ( Most other cheaper quality tapes are 10 yards long). So it gets expensive to use on a constant basis. HOWEVER, the Amazon price is only half of what my local pharmacies charge so this is a Huge Savings for me. Exact same product as pharmacy but 1/2 the cost so Amazon is the best price anywhere I can find ! OUTSTANDING PRODUCT AND PRICE. Sticks very well with NO irritation. Stays on for days. Can be removed and adjusted and still stays on. I’ve tried everything and this is the Best ! Amazon had free shipping and it came in less than 4 days. Thanks Amazon ! For all people with thinned skin, including most of the elderly, those who have been on chronic steroid therapy, as well as hypersensitive skin, allergy to latex, this tape is truly unbelievable. I am speaking from the perspective of both a physician and an older patient himself, whose skin has been ravaged by chronic steroid medication making even paper tape significantly problematical.This tape can really be applied with impunity, and it adheres readily and durably. With even a modicum of care in gentle removal, I have never torn or even bruised my skin. The same area of skin can be taped repeatedly with the same results. It adheres well to dressings, and also to itself, if length need to be augmented. Removal of the tape is essentially pain-free, if done carefully, of course. It is sold in both 1” and 2” widths, although the latter, less commonly used, may be somewhat difficult to locate in routine retail locations.It is relatively easy to tear off the roll but does require a little more effort than paper, but less than many standard dressing tapes. It is relatively impervious to water, and if dried immediately, can even be worn in the shower, if the tape be well adherent to the skin at the time. I have truly found it a product a long time in the coming, and almost in the realm of the miraculous. I have used it now exclusively for about two years, intermittently, on from minor abrasions/lacerations to more complex wound care associated with more significant skin injuries, as well as postoperative dressing care.It is more expensive than the spectrum of the various standard surgical adhesive tapes, but not inordinately so. I would say that this tape is targeted, most optimally, for a specific large class of patients, as aforedescribed, rather than the general public where cost benefit value may make purchase less directly sensible for those on a stringent budget. The product is so revolutionary that, with its wide spectrum of positive attributes, it may well be the standard for the future. NOTE: this is the BLUE tape. I tried the Nexcare white tape and found it to be harsh on my skin. The blue tape, however, is great. I use it every night to tape my mouth shut so my CPAP can do it's job and not just blow air out of my mouth. I even take it off at night to take a drink and it sticks back on. I pull it off gently (of course - it's on my face) but have found that it takes no skin off so it can be used night after night without irritation. For those who don't know, a CPAP is a machine for people with sleep apnea that blows air down your throat to keep your airway open. Depending on the type mask you use - I use the nasal style - so when I fall hard asleep my mouth drops open and the pressurized air goes out of my mouth instead of doing it's job keeping my airway open. When I found out about taping my mouth - which sounded weird at first - but when I tried it, it worked wonderfully. Now was the search for a tape that wouldn't tear up my skin. I stopped looking when I found Nexcare's blue tape!

With multiple chronic illnesses this is my favorite tape. Prevents skin tears, it can be removed and replaced easily without losing its stickiness! 10+ stars

Tried many other tapes but this works the best. Remains affixed to face all night - even with facial hair- & easily removed without tearing or leaving behind a sticky residue. Great product!

I use this for my eyelash extensions treatments. Best tape on the market. I highly recommend purchasing this on Amazon because you get a way better deal than buying them individually.Very sticky yet very gentle and doesn't leave a sticky residue on the skin or lashes. (This is perfect for taping up the lashes to get full coverage without ripping them off)!!!

This is an excellent tape if one is required not to adhere to the skin like (say) a band aide. This tape can be easily removed by gently pulling from one corner.I use it (at night) for sleep apnea and bruxism and it works perfectly. I have to wear a double mouth guard at night and it tends to allow my lips to part when I'm asleep. The Nexcare tape keeps my lips together, making me breath through my nose. This prevents a dry mouth and throat which can wake me during the night.I suggest anyone who has dry mouth at night should give this tape a go... It is cheap and very easy to use.

I use this for eyelash extensions and it stays out and does not move. Easy to remove also! Will always re-purchase.

These tapes are great for taping down the bottom lashes for eyelash extension clients. I haven’t used it for any other purposes but as medical and sensitive tape they are really sticky and doesn’t seem to hurt anyone. Easy to work with and great alternative if you don’t have the under eye patch.
