t is not a high quality item which is the reason for the 4 stars, but this item what I purchased and expected to receive. If it is windy and you are hanging these outside, expect the fringe to break off and go everywhere. Otherwise, good for party decor.

They worked well for what I needed them for. They are not a very big section so plan accordingly how many packs you will need to buy.

It is not red. I was an orange color. Not as shown in picture. I was very disappointed for I bought for my son's Spiderman themed birthday party and you could clearly tell it was not red up against the spider man stuff. It was ORANGE. Don't buy if you need red specifically.

They are fine but not very strong. They easily rip. I bought 2 for the price of just one at local party city. The price reflects the quality for sure but got the job done. Just don't expect it to hold up to repeated use.

I love the color exactly as I thought. I thought it was too long but I use a scissors and cut some off. I put it on my bedroom door looks very nice. I tie it up just so I can pass by but I leave it untie if I have guess.
