Great customer service
We purchased these lights and loved them but we had an issue where half of the strand went out within 30 days. After reaching out to the seller, the response and replacement was handle seamlessly . Would definitely purchase again.

Poor quality, lights die quickly
Upon plugging them in for the first time, half of one of the strings of lights already didn’t work. Had them up for just over one month that season. The next year, within a week of being lit, another half of a string had died. Two weeks later, another half died. A week after that, another half died, and another. All that’s left at the end of just two months of total use is one half of a string. Impossibly poor quality. Not buying from this brand again.

Matches my NOMA prelit tree exactly
Had a strand at the top and a strand in the middle blow and couldn’t figure out which bulbs were the culprits. One strand of these lights filled the gaps and the colour matches perfectly. Will buy another when we lose the bottom half.

Great Quality - just what I was looking for.
I ordered these lights for indoor Christmas decorating. I have had trouble finding nice warm white lights, (not that harsh "bright" or "cool" white lights) especially this close to Christmas. These are perfect!! 4 string of 100 each gives me matching lights for several different locations in the same room. Much better than other "clear" or "cool" white lights that I had to return from Costco.

Lights stopped working after few days
The lights stopped working only after a few days. Half the strip just stopped lighting up. If you get a good working set, the lights are beautiful and bright but they do get hot.
