It works quite well; a safer alternative to Afrin
This product was an immense surprise. I have tried some of the over-the-counter nasal sprays - offbrands for Afrin - that usually caution against using them for more than a couple of days due to rebound headaches and a possibility of over use. I could see that happening - particularly the headaches. I tried to find an alternative, and many suggested ocean saline nasal spray (OCEAN Saline Nasal Spray 3.5 oz (Pack of 2)). I found myself needing to use that so many times an hour that life became inconvenient; it just didn't work. Definitely no rebound headaches, but it did not clear the nostrils. I tried another search and Rhinase came up, and I was skeptical, but it works so well. During particularly bad bouts of congestion, I couple it with a humidifier for a good night's sleep. It is a product that is safe for kids, and it works so well for little ones - one squirt in each nostril and the stuff works its magic. I highly recommend this product.

Cured my nosebleeds!!
I wish I started using this over the past few winters. I get nose bleeds from the dry MN winters, bad enough to scare me cause sometimes I have trouble getting them to stop. Eventually they turn into sinus infections which I need antibiotics to cure. I used this stuff pretty religiously when I got it, like every couple hours or so for first few days, then just a few times per day after. No burning which is nice, was using afrin to stop the nose bleeds, but that stuff burns! I can honestly say I haven’t had 1 nose bleed since starting this product, no lie, and I’m so happy. It’s like a conditioner for your nasal cavity. I’ve had no weird side effects, other than no more nosebleeds. I normally don’t write reviews, read a ton of them though. Just like any product out there...works for some but maybe not for others. For me, I will be using this stuff every winter as long as I’m alive!! It’s a weird product to carry around everywhere but I don’t care, cause it works.

Pricey, but work better than saline
My son has chronic nosebleeds, and has since he was two. His nose is constantly dry and if he rubs it (or sometimes even if he doesn't) it will just bleed. His ENT said nose spray every two hours, which helps...but still he would have bleeds. I tried this as it has good reviews from others that have bleed issues. I still have to spray at least every 4 hours or so, but this seems to keep his nose lubricated MUCH longer than saline or other sprays. The gel, not so much, but the spray is great. FAR fewer bleeds when we switched to this, as long as I still remember to spray him every 4ish hours or so.

Best nasal spray on the market
Best nasal spray on the market! I have used Ayr and other leading brands in the past for a dry nose (due to oxygen usage, allergies, sinuses, etc). I could tell a big difference right away after using Rhinase Nasal Mist. This product is very easy to use. I can actually feel it lubricating my nasal cavity. It breaks up mucus and allows a person to breath much more freely. At $11.95 bottle it is a little expensive. Luckily, it was a todays deal for only $3.95 (limit 3 bottles) - jumped on this deal! 1 day later: I want to say the customer service at Rhinase is over and above ANY company! I contacted them via email late at night and received an instant reply. Their dedication to their customer's satisfaction is beyond anything I've ever experienced with a company.

Best compared to others
I suffer from LPR/Acid Reflux and get significant burning in my throat and sinuses. Rhinase has been the best nasal spray for me, and has helped me on my healing journey. It is "more than just saline" and it doesn't contain chemicals that burn such as citric acid.Over the past year I have compared Rhinase, Ayr, Xlear, and NeilMed NasoGel.Rhinase and Xlear have the best mist spray providing good even coverage, while Ayr and NeilMed is more of a one spot glob.Unfortunately, Xlear contains Xylitol which can cause lpr/reflux issues.Ayr contains citric acid which will cause burning in delicate sinus tissues.NeilMed NasoGel is too thick and globby.

Game Changer
My mother suffers from nose bleeds badly, especially during allergy season. I brought this for her and it was immediate relief for her. I brought 2 more boxes for her and she carries one in her purse, one in her car and one by her bedside so she will always be covered.
