Overall the chess set is okay, I was hoping for something A little more cohesive and sturdy. One of the pawns is super slanted like it’s leaning and some of the pieces are a little oval shaped as opposed to round and it can be a bit distracting during play/analysis that I end up switching the pawn out when I have the chance. Overall the set is okay, the board I got has already chipped and scratched a little but that’s more because I just throw it in my backpack, which is a little bit of a let down. The only real issue I have is that some pieces are misshaped and one queen is slightly discolored. The pieces are also a little smaller than I expected. So overall it’s not bad, but not exactly what I was looking for. If you have the budget I’d recommend maybe going with something a little nicer, but it’s a fun on the go set or one that’s more ideal for kids because of the smaller pieces. With that said I do think the set will last for a years structurally but may get scratched up a bit on the way.

Product box arrived damaged. Game board is scratched. Missing checker pieces. Only able to return at my cost and would cost as much as the product. Very disappointed

Disappointed with the quality, average board cheap quality plastic coins.. I was fooled by many positive reviews .. for this piece you can open a shop selling chess boards .. not worth at all
