Does this come with the under-seat bag and tire pump (as included when purchased directly from Rollz)?

Yes it did. The tyre pump is a bit difficult to use for older people whose hands are not as flexible.

What type of pump is required and what is the optimum tyre pressure?

A normal bike pump will suffice for these tyres and the pressure is on the side of the tyre
