This is great flour makes great pastry. Super fine flour easy to work with and doesn’t require lots of handling. Not to mention has lower gluten content.

This is really great flower. I used it in my bread maker and it was so delicious. I set the bread maker for a light cust. My whole family really likes it

My friend has used this flour and loves it so I thought I would try it as well. The box it came in was not damaged. The mailing pouch inside was not damaged. When I opened the mailing pouch, the bag of flour was slit from one side to another, and it was all spilled out into the pouch. Be aware that there are no returns or exchanges, so if it comes to you like this, you just lose the money. I have no idea how this was even possible, but it was useless and I had to throw it away. I was very disappointed. I was looking forward to trying this flour myself.

Great gluten free flour. I used this in several recipes and did not notice a difference in the texture or final product. It is a bit costly. If you are choosing to go gluten free but want to bake your favorite recipes, I would recommend this flour.
