I am a long distance runner and I have found these to be the most reliable gels. I don’t want a bunch of caffeine and I don’t want flavors that are sickly sweet. These work well and have never upset my stomach. Very easy to open and stick the wrapper back in my pocket. I also don’t feel like they’re that sticky as some gels can be.

Just know going in these do not taste good at all but they work. Need an extra kick? Don’t think just do. Caffeine is not allowed during my son’s races and the non caffeinated flavors are a great alternative to give him a little something to keep going. The caffeinated flavors really give a boost, so much so that he gets upset when he sees other racers using these and basically cheating.
