Excellent grinding wheels!
I use these for sharpening my lathe tools. They work perfectly, grind the tools easily, and clean up to a nice square edge. Great wheels!

Almost fantastic
Best grinding grit available in 8” for under $100 , runs cooler than everything else, consistent and well bound. However, both of mine had runout and balance issues. Did the usual remounting and rotating, but only fixed by spending more $ on the Oneway Grinding Wheel balancer (which was expensive for what it was, but worked). Would recommend if you can deal with the minor issues.

works well after a little tlc
I could not get this wheel to balance and my grinder just about vibrated off its mounting when I turned it on after installing the wheel. I had to spend a minute or two dressing the wheel with a wheel dresser and now it works very well. It is quiet and vibration free and it runs very cool on my valuable hand plane blades. You can still burn steel with it but its much more forgiving than most oem grey wheels.

I would have never bought this if I had not tried it at a friends shop first. I was modifying a screwdriver to work for an application. I was surprised how quickly it removed material and how little heat build up there was.

The wheel came with instructions from the vendor on how to indicate and shim out the side to side wobble. I all so had to use masking tape to tighten the plastic spacers between the motor shaft and wheel to get it to run good enough to be able to true it up with a Wolverine Dimond dressing attachment. It still vibrates.Next time I'm going with a different wheel maker.PsNo Problem with the vendor what so ever
