I have about half a dozen piercings and very much wanted my nose pierced. I saw this kit and figured why not? I know how to take care of my piercings afterwards and am used to the piercing experience.I saw mixed reviews online but decided to take the leap, if it sucked, I would just let it heal.Everything is included (I would personally recommend a better alcohol wipe) and it's very simple to do: mark where you want to put the stud, check the placement, check it again and then squeeze. Really squeeze. Don't think, don't worry, just SQUEEZE!I have next to no grip strength and I did it no problem. Make sure you clean before and after and every day for a while. When the barb first punctures, it does hurt, but that's the worst of it, just keep going and it'll be over in seconds. The piercing stud is sharp (duh) and long (to allow for swelling) be careful with it - it is an open wound until it heals. It also comes with a variety of teeny studs (they're very dainty, keep them in case you need something discreet)I paid under £5 for this and was expecting to pay about £30-50 for the piercing so I'm thrilled. Would definitely recommend. Stop thinking, buy it!

So I used this tonight and it was quite easy. The hardest bit was trying to hold it inside my nostril so in the end I did my friends and he did mine.I used the wipe provided, drew a dot on my nose and away we went.You just need one hard push and it hurts just for those two seconds when the needle goes through but I've had mine in for four hours now and I don't even know it's there, so it's not painful.I would recommend.Why would you pay £35 to have it done when you can safely do it yourself at home for £5!

Wow, I wanted my nose done for a while then my neighbour recommended these disposable ones, so I ordered this item, very happy with the nose rings/studs that are in the pack with them , would definitely recommend waiting to change to any of the other ones though, give it time to heal first ... I'm even tempted to do a second piercing with the other one that came in the pack (2 disposable ones were in the pack) so easy to use too!

Nice little set, the studs are a lot smaller than I expected, but pretty enough.I liked that there were sterile wipes included, anything that mitigates infection is definitely a good idea.The piercing kit was easy enough to use, you choose your placement, line up the sharp end of the stud where you want your piercing to go & then it’s a case of brute force to push the stud through, a bit like using a stapler.It’s a good job that there were two piercing units in the kit though, because one was faulty & fell apart before the stud went all the way though my nose 😬 The second unit was fine, & the piercing was successful.I gave the product four stars as I think it’s still really good value for money.

Initially thought the product was really good. Managed to pierce my nose. The nose bar was so long and sharp that I had no choice but to remove it and because of the spear like head, you have to rip it out almost.Anyway, healed from that, was all going smoothly, and then It got infected. The infection was so bad that when I went to the doctor's, they said that using the gun had shattered the cartilage in my nose and it had caused an abscess to form. Basically said If I had had it done with a needle professionally, I wouldn't have had this issue.Really disappointed and wish I hadn't wasted my money on this.End result - I had no choice but to remove the piercing and will be left with a permanent lump in my nose now.

The needle is very sharp which is great as it minimises the pain. The nose is a very sensitive part to pierce. I've pierced my eyebrow, lip, belly button, tongue and ears.. and my nose was the most painful one, so it's definitely worth holding an ice cube to numb for a minute before piercing.Overall, great product. Works well, comes in a sterile pack and very easy to use
