Is there a brushless version of this tool?

I’m not sure but mine came with two batteries and charger great product for the price

Can you use this in manual mode too like the shorter version up to 100lbs?

Yes, you can but not sure up to 100lbs or not. I used it to manually crack my van brake calliper bolts before using the power mode to loosen them.

Does this have variable speed trigger ?

I'm not sure if they have different models but the one referenced is the one that I have and no it does NOT have a variable speed trigger. It is just a single speed, on or off paddle switch

I have extra batteries to an earthquake ratchet, does this item take the same batteries?

Sorry, can't speak to it but I would guess no without knowing the model number you have.
