Good office chair. Was fairly easy to assemble. It is tricky to get the neck and back cushions in the right places. But when sitting they stay put. The lumbar cushion is a little hard (and small) but I have a memory foam cushion already if I need to switch it out. My current issue is that the arms are too low and they cannot be raised or lowered either. I am 5'6" tall. I purchased armrest pads but those do not raise them enough. I noticed my shoulders get achy faster when I cannot rest the weight of my arms on the chair. Maybe this is yet another product designed for men with long arms? I am investigating whether I can stack armrests... But otherwise, I think the chair will do.

The most important thing to know about this company is that they honor their word. I love this chair, and recently just the back of the chair failed after one year. I lean, spin and use this chair daily, very heavy duty. I had only 6 days left on the 1yr. warranty that comes with the chair, and the merchant kindly sent me an entire new chair, not just the replacement part. Great products, outstanding customer care. Will be buying more from Vitesse.

I assembled it alone, didn't take long. Love the color and foot rest. Be sure to be careful when getting out, you can tilt over.

Loved and used daily for about a year and half I moved houses broken in the move and still used a bit after todays the day it finally gave out would recommend tho

I’m 5’1 and this is the first gaming chair that’s ever fit me properly, because the rest were too big. The chair is overall good, but there was some stains on the white base (I order the pink one) that I couldn’t get out.I also wouldn’t say it’s hard to assemble, the company just sent an older version of the directions that no longer matched the chair design.

At first I was like dang all this work I have to do and then I read the instructions literally so easy a cave man can do it literally easiest set up

Assembly was a total pain and it broke at a weld within a week! Is rated for 400 lbs but when my 275lb ex sat in it a couple hours a day for a few days it literally snapped apart! I ordered this one and a teal one from the same seller. The teal one was great but they shipped together, came 2 different carriers and one got LOST! Please beware that some welds could be faulty.
