I Have been taking Collagen for 10 plus years. I know this stuff helps. The proof is in my joints and skin. When I’m taking it regularly my skin (face) is brighter and looks plumper and joints don't hurt as much. I chose this brand because of the different types of collagen in it and the other ingredients like Vitamin C, Biotin, hyaluronic Acid and Amino Acids. I even subscribed for years. Until one day I notice a change in the scoop it was larger so that made me take a look at the container and notice that they changed the product. They took out all the good ingredients that in combination with the collagen helps your body absorb it. I gave 4 stars because I like this collagen compared to the others I’ve tried. Dissolves well in my morning coffee and no weird taste and it makes my coffee creamy. My only gripe is that the container wasn’t full! This stuff is too expensive for that! I’m not saying it needs to spill over but give me my moneys worth and you take out ingredients and still charge the same price.

Best collagen I have tried. You only need one scoop. I put it in coffee. Dissolves very easily and has no taste. Taking it for my fingernails mostly but it seems my skin is better, too.

It blends nicely with. Not lumpy. It’s supposed to be unflavored but it changes the taste of my coffee. It tastes bad.

I did a lot of research and this is the one I came up with for the price and value. It mixes great with hot liquids or in my smoothies. The texture is very fine. You can’t taste or smell it when you mix it with something. I ordered this one because it has the five extra things instead of just three. I like it because it supports my internal organs and I use it to help with my weak kidneys.
