Good Lower Price Option With a Couple of Minor Drawbacks
This is a more cost effective alternative to the almost identical versions that Jasco manufactures to be sold under the GE and Honeywell brands, with two drawbacks: 1) this is Z-Wave, not Z-Wave Plus, so it has less range and is a fraction slower; and 2) this one doesn't come with a 3-inch piece of white wire for the neutral connection. As to the first issue, I have a house full of Z-Wave and Z-Wave Plus devices that act as repeaters, so the more limited range doesn't impact me and the speed of responsiveness on this dimmernis still quite fast, so the split second I could gain by spending an extra $15 isn't really worth it in my opinion. However, I bring up this difference because there very well may be people who need the extra range and the extra cost for Z-Wave Plus would be worth it.As to the 2nd issue, there's really no defense. A neutral wire hookup is required, which almost always involves wiring in a small piece from the switch to the existing grouping of neutral wires. The virtually identical GE and Honeywell versions, as well as very similar versions from other manufacturers, all come with a little piece of wire for this connection. For some reason Jasco doesn't include one, possibly saving themselves 1 cent per unit and probably less. But the omission requires the consumer to either go to the hardware store to get some wire or dig around in the garage in the hopes of finding something adequate. It's a completely unnecessary inconvenience that can't be saving Jasco any meaningful amount of money and frankly, I've purchased GE versions instead a couple of times when the price difference wasn't quite as much just so I wouldn't have to deal with the inconvenience, so any savings from skimping on a tiny piece of wire is being lost due to lost sales. That said, for people who don't need Z-Wave Plus range and don't care about dealing with the missing wire, this is a very good product that is virtually identical in look and function to the more expensive GE and Honeywell versions.

Quality Dimmer with some caveats
I installed this dimmer to work with Alexa for LED recessed lights. This dimmer replaced a non-wifi dimmer. The OLD dimmer dimmed the lamps to a much lower brightness but suffered from pulsing in the lights. This dimmer was easy to install. However, I needed a neutral jumper wire which was supposed to be included in the package but wasn't so I had to go find some compatible wire. Once installed the setup was easy .There is no pulsing or humming with this dimmer. However, the only complaint I have is that it doesn't dim the LEDs as low as I would like especially since I'm using it in a home theater.Overall I would recommend it.

Just as soon as the GE version, but way cheaper (at least when I bought it for $29)
UPDATE: I noticed the price is now equal to the GE equivalent. When I purchased them they were $29 which was why i did and not another GE model. I would purchase the GE model over this if they were the same price since the GE model does not have as much delay with the commands as this model.Just received this to try out as a cheaper version to accompany other GE versions I have through my house. I Was surprised that it looks and feels exactly the same as the GE version. No flickering at any levels of brightness. The only thing that I noticed that some may complain about, is that these have a slightly longer delay between clicking the switches and having the lights turn on/off compared to the GE version. That being said, If I need more in the future, I will be buying these instead of the more expensive GE version.

Works very well with Smart Things hub
This z-wave dimmer is exactly as advertised and arrived promptly. It works well with my SmartThings hub. It is not a z-wave plus, and thus is not quite as robust in functionality. I attempted to use this as a pseudo switch to control smart bulbs, but the response time was not fast enough for that purpose. It works perfectly, however, as a physical z-wave switch controlling conventional lighting. If you need faster response times consider a z-wave plus or Zigbee device.

Good value for the money compared to other switches
Good price for Z-Wave outlets I ordered 7 total and one was defective but I was able to get a return. So far they are doing what they were advertised to do this is a Z-Wave model not a z plus. I also like the little blue lights so you could find the switches in the dark.

Great Price, Works Great
Great price on a zwave dimmer. The switch was as described. The switch requires a neutral so I had to install a short piece of wire to the neutrals in the switch box. No big deal. Once installed it was easy to pair with my Pulse system. Had to let Alexa discover it and now works like a champ. It’s nice to crawl into bed in the evening and say “Alexa turn the bedroom off” instead of finding my way in the dark.

Great switch for Smartthings
I have several smart switches in my home, all GE branded, and I decided to give these a try. I have one wired as a 3 way switch (with an add-on) and another set to a light fixture. They are easily found using Smartthings and easily integrated with my Google Home. Compared to the GE branded switches these are essentially identical. It is a great switch that is easily wired, added to the smart home, and configured.
