Cupcake Frosting Flavored Novelty Toothpaste

this product May be OK but much too pricey.. It arrived with box semi opened.. Lid of toothpaste OFF.. and NO SEAL over outlet.. I don't know it's safe. I bought a couple of other brands and ALL of them had safety seals. Am returning this.. NOT ACCEPTABLE THESE DAYS..

The item is pricey but has a favorable taste and I do like it.
