Can't discharge the battery. B.It avoids electric shock and short circuit effectively. C.The voltmeter can display the voltage change during discharge. When the voltmeter is off, the discharge is completed. D.No polarity in discharge.No sparking. E.Constant current discharging. DIRECTIONS: A.Discharger self-test: Short contact the AC110-220V power supply with the probes, there is screen display and buzzing sound remainder, it shows the discharger work properly. B.The probes contact the capacitor with no polarity, then discharge starts. Screen display. C.The discharger discharges to about 6V, the screen display turns off. After 2-5 seconds, the discharger can continue to discharge to below 2V. NOTE: You can only discharge high-voltage(10-1000V) capacitors offline, and cannot be used as an electronic load (Do not discharge while charging).
