A very fine product!
Borosil products are really world class. This product is amazing. Light weight, wide mouth for easy cleaning, stylish.

Bad Design and poor fitting
The media could not be loaded. Bad Design. Lid is very loose, and falls of even with slight tilt. How will one pour water if lid is so loose? Poor fitting.

Very poor quality
The media could not be loaded. The handle of the jug is defective. I have received the jug on4th April 2023 and opened the box today (20.04.23) and found the jug defective, but yr return date was upto 14th April. Please advice me what to do.

Looks attractive but had defect in design
Overalls product looks attractive but quite small. Also, it has a defect in the design. After pouring water a drop of water drops out of the jar for sure. Tested many times.
