Exactly what I wanted.

We got these for an at-home pandemic party. There is nothing supplied to fill the balloons with regular air. Since we didn't get a tank, we couldn't use them but didn't realize that until we had opened the pack. The Happy Birthday banner also is not pre-strung and same with a super-fine ribbon so we just decided to tape them up individually. A few of the latex balloons popped while blowing them, while, tying or shortly after even though they weren't overblown--oddly enough, a few have lasted weeks later. If you've got time and a helium tank, this would probably be handy but it wasn't quite the easy party-in-a-pack that we had expected it to be.

I bought this birthday package and took the balloons to our local party store to be filled with helium. The store clerk told me the number Mylar balloons were too small to fill with helium and the regular balloons were not very good quality. I paid to have them filled anyway b/c I had already purchased and it was the day of the party. No sooner did I get them home they all started popping. A complete waste of money, except the Happy Birthday sign.

False advertising. 50 balloons were really small. No straw was given to blow the star and 50 balloons. The star balloons couldnt hold air for even 5 hours.Quality not great
