Pool Toys RC Shark

Love this remote control shark. I use it in my backyard pond to play with the fish. He is easy to maneuver and is pretty quick. The five stars really goes to the customer service of this company. They are AMAZING. My shark malfunctioned after only using it like 3-4 times. I wrote to the seller and they sent me another remote control shark without having to return the old one AND they didn't ask me any questions. It was an automatic, "OK, you liked the product, something went wrong, here's another."

I bought this for our swimming pool as I thought it pretty cool to show my kid how shark slim. Unfortunately this motorized shark did not work out the way I thought it would. What is pretty cool as rechargeable batteries I’ll come with the items so I really do appreciate that because that meant I did not need to purchase extra batteries for this toy. As I am sure with many caregivers and I share we consistently buy batteries for our children’s battery powered toys. The downside of this item is the motorized shark itself. The moderate shark did not swim as we expected and the remote was pretty difficult to understand. Some point the shark kept going in circles and it did take a while to figure out how to drive it in the water. Additionally when there were some movement in the water, like someone splashing, the shark would be rendered useless and it would not move anymore even if we were controlling it with the remote. So pretty much for the shark to be able to drive in the pool, there had to be zero Movement in the water. The moment they were some movement in the water the shark just couldn’t gain any traction and wouldn’t swim anymore. And that’s when we all lost interest in the shark. So I’m sure there are many other options for water motorized vehicle for both adults and children to enjoy but this is not one of them.

Lots of fun, swims fast. Moves like a real shark, and lasts a pretty long time on 1 charge

This is fun but the tail came off after it was tossed into the pool…. I figured it would be a little more hardy than that.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: We gave this to my 7 year old grandson. He took it camping with us and used it in the pool. This toy was a kid magnet. He made so many friends by using it in pool. Even the Dads loved it and asked me where I got it. They said I will order it today and it will be at my house when I get home.

Our grandkids love remote control anything so since they just put a pool in their backyard, it was an easy decision to buy it. The shark is well made and very much worth the price. The love it and taking turns, usually a problem, was easy for them. Even the 5 year old has no problem using it. They even brought it to uncle's house to show them in their pool too. Good decision - me

I was really excited to get this remote control shark, but unfortunately, it never paired with the remote—no matter how many times I followed the instructions (and even tried fresh batteries). It just sat there doing nothing. The packaging looked fine, but the product itself was completely nonfunctional.

There is only 1 battery not 2. Battery given was 300 mah not 550 as advertised
