Exactly as described! I ended up buying these as they only had plastic at a local store near me. We will be using them for my son's cake smash session and I preferred another texture. I bought the longer strand of flags after reading a few of the other reviews and I'm glad I did. Hopefully I'll remember to upload a picture at a later date. But I would definitely recommend if you're on the fence about buying.

We threw an outdoor bridal shower with the theme “English tea garden party.” These are great because you can hang them up anywhere you want. Love them.

I like that the flags are spread out and cover a longer distance. They are a little small but otherwise very good.

This was a cute solid banner. I expected it to be bigger but was made well!

These are just what I wanted, HOWEVER...the portion with the flags is only 7' long. There is 18" of extension on each end. I thought I was getting 40' of flags and got 28'. I liked the product enough to order enough to fill in the blanks, but make sure your order is enough!

I love the product. Very nicelymade. Just be warned, it isn't very long, especially for the price.

Perfect for what I was looking for. It's a fairly transparent fabric and the white is true white (not cream or ivory).
