Update to review: I am updating my review due to the fact that Woolino took the initiative to contact me about this product and ended up giving me a partial refund. I am impressed that there are still companies that care about customer service and stand behind their products.Original review:This blanket is a nice weight for swaddling as it's not too heavy when wrapped a couple of times around baby. It's also stretchy so you can really get baby nice and snug. The wool is soft and is easy to care for since it can be machine washed. I also find that it dried very quickly tumbled dried on low heat. My only complaint is that mine came with a small stain near one corner. It is basically a pea sized yellow dot, and I didn't notice it until it was too late to return it. For the price I paid I was disappointed that it was already stained.

I love this blanket. The quality is exactly as promised, it's warm and comfy and soft, and my 8-week-old sleeps like a dream when swaddled in it. He's breastfed (and gaining well) and manages to sleep 5-7 hours at a time when swaddled in this blanket...at 8 weeks! I wish it could be dried in the dryer but the fact it's machine washable is a plus. I use it so often that I've taken to spot cleaning it if he spits up on it and it doesn't really smell bad even after several days of use, I feel like I'll be using this for a while. Well worth the money.

This wool blanket is the best one for swaddling, it is soft and stretches , so baby can wiggle a little but still stay swaddle. I have 2 of them and love them and so my 2 months old. Wool is the way to go when it comes to babies!

Best blanket every

This photo is a bit deceptive. It was not a typical swaddle blanket in that it didn't have velcro. The wool was soft, but without the ability to keep the swaddle in place, it was not effective. We had tried one almost like this with my grandson and truly, he could get out of any well-done swaddle. Being that is was wool, it also was very slippery. The Halo Swaddle sacks with the velcro really worked well.

A nice blanket for even in the spring heat, keeps a nice temp for when he wants wrapped up.

I really loved these, they're soft and beautiful but then I noticed hard spots on them like the sort you'd get with super glue. I tried washing them but the spots remained. I ordered 2, and both had the same issue.Going to return and hopefully replace with ones that aren't defective.

Love love love this blanket. We don't swaddle but use it as her main blanket day and night. It is naturally water repellant which means less washing if you have an occasional spill :-) and the temperature regulation is great.

I was expecting a thicker/fluffier merino wool blanket but this is more like a thin stretchy jersey material.

Love this blanket! It's warm and lightweight! Use it for swaddling in the beginning, then as a car blanket when it's cold....
