Manual Food Chopper, Express Hand Held Chopper, Large 8.5-Cup, Chop & Cut Fruits, Vegetables, Herbs, Onions

I use finely spinach in large amounts frequently and so, was looking for a larger manual chopper. I am able to get a pound of baby spinach done in less than 5min, across 3 times of filling/emptying the bowl. It’s a real time saver when compared to cutting with a knife. I prefer this manual chopper to an electric device given the ease of use.I have not tried other veggies, yet I would guess that the device is capable of doing a good job with other veggies gives it sturdy blades.Happy to own this chopper.

This product is well made and durable. It's essentially a manual Cuisinart® type food chopper. That said, you do have to chop things up in small pieces, or else it will jam. Since it's powered by a downward plunge from your hand, you can only pick up so much speed from stop to start and if there are thick things in there like carrots, it isn't going to work. Garlic, quartered onions, quartered peppers, etc. no problem. The rubber gasket on mine fell off, and that's important because you have to use it to keep the bowl steady on the counter. And, don't believe the instructions in terms of dishwasher safe on the top rack. It's not, mine melted on the top rack. I'm still giving it 5 stars because it works well. Just don't put it in the dishwasher.

I purchased this because it is a manual chopper - no batteries or electricity needed! And it's a HUGE capacity. I can chop my fresh spinach for my salads with ease. Very easy to clearn. Just watch when cleaning the blades - they are sharp (but that's a good thing). The handles will "lock" down for storage but mine did quit working after a few months - but that's not a biggie! I love this chopper and would buy again if it got broken.

I first used this to make pesto and it worked beautifully, and quick. The blades are super sharp and made short order of what used to be time consuming grinding. I have since used it to make baby food out of our regular meals and a ratatouille sauce. The cost is low, the chop is quick and it is so easy to clean and store. Be aware, the blades are surprisingly sharp. Use care. I love this chopper. It is exactly what I was looking for

We didn't use it much, it was mainly stored in the cabinet when we took it out to use it recently, the top green piece that you push down came off. It's cheap quality and didn't last for us. It said it has lifetime warranty but no way to get it replaced. Waste of money. cheap plastic material.

This is the right size and perfect for making my "famous" chopped salad.Very sharp, be cautious.Seems well built.Good price.

I wanted something to efficiently chop up my kitchen waste so I could use it as a mulch for my garden. (I lightly work it into the top soil to minimize its attraction to critters.) It’s amazing how quickly it improves the area of soil I repeatedly add it to. This has been such a dependable chopper, I’ve just purchased a second one as a back-up.

This chopper has changed my life. It’s amazing. I never write reviews and I had to for this as I can’t stop raving about it. Garlic, onion, carrot, potato, tomato , parsley, mushrooms, green onion, lettuce....you name it...it chops it. Easy to get it going and chops to a mince FAST. BUY THIS ! You won’t regret it.
