Balloons don’t float using helium
Super disappointing to myself and the birthday girl. I wasn’t going to spend the extra money on helium, and then I found this package and couldn’t help myself. I don’t know if the balloons are too heavy or what but they would NOT float! I had to run out on the day of the party to buy cheap balloons so I had something. Do not purchase these if you are hoping for a balloon that actually floats. Waste of money.
