This Mug is so clear and feels so nice in your hand it is hard to believe! It has really nice heft to it and it has some kind of bottom that prevents it from moving around unless YOU move it. (Why doesn't every mug have that?) It is very nice to drink out of. The only thing that caused it to lose that final star is that you cannot put it in the dishwasher! And you are even warned not to subject it to sudden heat. I am scared I will accidentally put it under the hot water and ruin its natural beauty! And it IS beautiful - never thought I would say that about a travel mug! But I would be seriously upset if this got cloudy on me so I am being very careful. These folks have something here, but they need to work out that last "detail"!

My nose happens to line up perfectly with the tiny air hole in the lid which can hinder the flow when I'm taking a drink. Outside of that is is a very nice mug and is as advertised.

Hot beverage cools off in about 30 minute depending on how hot it started out at, i pored coffee from my coffee maker and had to reheat 25 to 30 minutes later. It's not spill proof but it is difficult to spill; I swished the beverage around quite a bit and it stayed in like it should.

Love love love these mugs. Years ago a drug rep brought us these mugs with their logo on them. My husband and I loved them so much we hunted down the manufacturer to order more. At that time they did not sell them to individual buyers so we had to purchase them with another company's logo. Those mugs are now several years old too and I am thrilled to find them on Amazon for the individual buyer. Well worth the money! They keep drinks hot, don't leak, do not leave that metal taste that other travel mugs do (these are all plastic). They fit in your hand nicely and the mouth piece works without issue. Not one complaint. Best and only travel mug we use!

I bought this mug more than a year ago. I asked for a refund because I thought I had paid too much for a travel mug. The seller refunded my money AND let me keep it. That was a classy move. Let me say now that I love this product and I am so glad I didn't return it. It really is stunning and beautifully made. The lid fastens with a nice easy suction and doesn't move once in place. It is such a pleasure to hold and I love the clear version so I can see how much coffee I have. Seriously, buy it. You'll keep this one and toss out all the cheapies you've collected over the years.

I use it every day,my dogs love coffee it fools them. But you may improve the seal.

I have several and have cracked a few from dropping, but still functional. The plastic also has small stress fractures but isn't leaking, Despite all this , I applaud this product highly

It creates a great seal to prevent leaks. However, it is somewhat awkward to hold and doesn't keep coffee (or other hot liquids) warm for that long.
