I like these but the on/off button should be on the bottom not on the backside. When the letters are hung up, there's no way of turning on the lights unless you take it off which is a hassle. Wish there was a remote also, would make it so much better. If you leave them on a table or shelf, they're fine. Just a pain if hung up.

The letter literally looks used. It came with scratches all over. It looks like it was sitting in someone rooms waiting to be sold. I’m keeping the item since I need for a birthday. But if you’re looking for good quality, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Went to light this up yesterday for my daughters 21st birthday and the 2 didnt work. Tried to fix it but it was broken beyond compare. Very disappointed and dissatisfied! Wiah I had tried ot bwfore the actual day I needed it. Live and learn!

Technically it did turn on and was cute when it did but has a loose wire somewhere. It would not stay turned on unless I left the back latch open. If I close the latch? The light turns off. As if the latch closing presses on a wire inside. So what? I have to just leave the compartment door jetting straight out of the back if I want it to be on? Sort of inconvenient for having pictures taken and makes impossible to be hung on the wall if I want to turn it on. Cute, great size. Thick plastic bulbs that won’t break or come out I don’t think. possible low quality wiring job. I can’t use it for anything since I can’t close the compartment if I want to turn it on.

Love love love love it soooooo much it goes great with my room design and it cute and light weigh it the only problem it’s not metal like the ones I bought before from another store but it looks like it’s metal which is what matters.

You get what you pay for. Product is cheaply made and it wasn’t until after I had already thrown away the box that I discovered that the on/off switch does not work. The only way to turn the light off is to remove the batteries. And with the amount of scratches and smudges on this letter, it’s obvious this is not a new product. Very disappointed. I ended up throwing it away.

I would love this product if it actually had every light bulb working… but I am not able to enjoy it. I just received this product today and placed new batteries in it… and as you can see in the photo it is a defective product!!! Smh I would appreciate a working product no matter how much I paid for it. Which is the plus to this review is the price!!

I bought 5 of these letters in Black. All 4 out of the 5 letters are not straight and lean forward at an angle and are NOT sturdy! I wanted to use them on a table but it looks tacky. The "C" and "O" are much smaller than the other 3 letters. I'm terribly DISAPPOINTED with these letters. I'm going to return for a refund.

This item is has different bulbs to the other 2 letters I purchased from the same company. This letter has white bulbs and the other 2 have clear ones. No able to contact seller. Disappointed as it's obviously different. Not sure if to order another as it may come the same🙁
