Everything was just as described. The banner was shiny and the color showed well.*The picture banner takes a little assembling so I ran out of time to use. But the black grad cap picture holder banner looks as described.

Good for the value
This worked out perfect for our party. The banner didn't have anything to use to hang it up with, so we had to get string. Other than that it wasn't bad.

The background is a shiny silver not white as it looks in the picture. I was disappointed.

Great addition to my daughters graduation party. It was really windy and the banner kept falling off. Also it's a shiny silver color kinda like aluminum foil.

Car Parade Gear
Easy to put together. We attached pictures to plant stakes and lined them up on our parade route. Worked prefectly with a balloon attached. Signs fit cars great!
