Great Jacket
This motorcycle jacket surpassed expectations! Ordered for my son. He loves it. Made with high quality materials and has protective padding in the most important areas. Right elbow pad was a bit misshapen upon arrival but was able to easily fix. The zippered vents allow for breathability when the weather is mild and can be closed when it's cooler. However wouldnt recommend wearing in scorching temps, as it does get HOT and feel like you are cooking unless you're moving. Jacket ran a little large, should have ordered a small. Overall great jacket! Will be getting another for my daughter.

Great jacket
Product came quickly and came in great shape packaged in a zipped plastic container. Everything fits very comfortably with plenty of pockets and padding where it’s needed nothing too excessive so as not to be stiff and difficult to move around in. For the price the jacket looks sharp and is right up there with my $120ish riding jacket. A nice jacket to toss on for shorter rides during mild weather.

Exactly what I expected
I got this as a gift for my father. The fit was perfect. He loved the style of it. The padding looked a little awkward but I’m sure with breaking the jacket in it’ll look more normal. He loved it and went on a bike ride just to wear it.

Lightweight
The jacket is made of light material and that a great thing here in Arizona where the weather gets over 110 degrees. At the same time it looks and feels very durable. I love the color. My friend is ordering one since he saw me with it.

Worth every penny!
This jacket has been excellent so far! At the same time I purchased this, I bought another (more expensive jacket to review at the same time). Long story short, the other jacket has been returned, but I've kept the Viking Cycle Inborn. To be totally honest, it isn't that the Inborn was so much better, it's just that the other one was more expensive and didn't do anything exceptionally better than the Inborn. Not enough to justify keeping it - especially when considering the price difference. I bought this jacket (based on the reviews), to by my cold weather jacket. For background, I ride a naked bike. I've worn this jacket in 45 degree and colder weather. I'm a woman, 5'9" with wide shoulders (so "women's" jackets don't usually fit me). And so called "men's" jackets are usually snug across the bust. But this one fits pretty good in all areas. Anyway, I'll do a Pros/ Cons style review.PROSThe jacket looks great and seems well made. It fits fairly true to size. I got the 2XL. I usually wear an XL. I bought it with the hope to have a little extra space for layering as it gets colder. I'd say, it fits a little snugger than other 2XLs that I tried, but it's in the ball park. I bought the high visibility yellow - what they call "green". And I like that the yellow is visible, but understated. So it's not super in-your-face with it's hi visness. It has TONS of pockets. I use my pockets - A LOT, so this is good. The placement of the armor is pretty good (although I'll probably end up replacing the back armor soon for a higher rated safety armor). The jacket hits me right below my waist. I'm able to cinch it tighter so it won't ride up my back with the side fasteners.CONSThere is a LOT of velcro. I'm assuming this is where they company decided to save their money. The velcro at the wrist works ok. I wish there was something there - elastic maybe to make the sleeve close more around the wrists. There's velcro at the neck. I'm a woman with long hair and my hair is constantly getting caught in this velcro... don't love that. And the material around the neck is pretty stiff, so when closed it gets kind of tight. The jacket liner is cheap. I like the jacket, but that liner is a waste of fabric. I think you either make the liner thicker so that it actually shields some wind and is useful, or they just leave this out. I guess, depending on where you live (I live in Seattle), it might not matter to you. But it gets pretty cold and windy here this time of year, so I would like to have a jacket liner that's useful. If Viking left this out, they could spend their money on more useful things like elastic at the sleeve, because it's not like that liner does anything. With or without it, this jacket is at best a 2 or 3 season jacket unless you layer the heck out of it. But as is, I can't call this an "all weather" jacket.SUMMARYSo even with those cons - do I still like the jacket? Yep! Like I said before, I bought this a little bit larger so I could have the luxury, of layering and it works like a charm. I have an insulated, waterproof hoodie that I wear under my jacket and the combination of that hoodie and this jacket, is warm and works great. I'm riding less as it gets colder, but when I do ride, I usually commute 20-30 mins to work depending on traffic and it keeps me warm the entire time. I haven't worn in wet weather yet, so I can't comment on that yet. But as of now, would I buy this again? Yes. At this price, I could buy all the colors, for various weather uses and it would still be less than some of the more expensive "name" brands.NOTE: In some of the photos of the jacket (in the reviews) I've seen the word "Viking" across the lower back portion of the jacket. I was disappointed that mine didn't have that. I don't know why it doesn't. Maybe they stopped doing that, but I think it looks pretty cool on the ones that I've seen. Maybe the next Viking jacket I buy will come with it printed on the back. But again, overall -- good buy.

Unbeatable Protection and Comfort
This jacket has surpassed my expectations. It offers a perfect fit, remarkable support, and an ideal balance between protection and comfort. The built-in padding not only makes you look intimidating, but offers a lot of support, while maintaining flexibility. Additionally, the ventilation system keeps me cool during rides.
