Maxi ONE

I highly recommend Bluebonnet Nutrition Maxi One vitamins & minerals. I've been taking it now for nine months. I'm 72 years old and eat less than when I was younger. My diet consists of mainly of lots of veggies, fish, chicken breast, rarely eat red meat, and fruits. I know I'm not getting the full benefit from the foods I eat to provide enough vitamins to support a healthy immune system. I've had a few injuries that have healed completely and fast which I attribute to including Bluebonnet Nutrition Maxi One vitamins & minerals to my daily routine. I initially purchased this product at a health food store based on the owners recommendation. I found it on Amazon for a lower price which was great. Please read the detailed description of all vitamins & minerals and you will find nearly every one meets the 100+% of the recommended daily value. All the same are exactly what our bodies need to function properly. Only two are lower than 100%, calcium & magnesium. I need to take extra because I have age related degenerative bones and have a hard time growing my nails. Easy fix, check with your doctor after having bloodwork done and ask if they think you need to add the calcium & magnesium. I feel better, have more energy, wake up earlier in the morning and go all day! The gel cap pill is a bit large for those who have a hard time swallowing pills. If I take it with a large glass of water it does down well.

I switched to this multi vitamin after learning the one I was previously using was full of synthetic materials. I like that this comes in a glass container and is one a day. I have felt healthier after using this multivitamin and noticed positive changes to my weight, sleep and mood. I recommend this multivitamin to everyone but also to those who are looking to cut the junk out of their current vitamins.

These are good quality vitamins with a very extensive list of ingredients. I switched from the Centrum brand to these around 3 weeks ago, because I needed a vitamin with less fillers that wouldn't throw me out of ketosis. While researching, I stumbled upon this brand. It's one of the most complete organic vitamins that I've been able to find. Before I bought these, I made sure there was no caffeine in them, so I was a little surprised when I got an energy boost after taking them. I looked at the label again and found that in small print under the Energy & Vitality Blend there's green tea leaf extract in it, which is basically caffeine. Now that I know that, I've switched to taking my vitamin in the morning, instead of at night, so I can actually sleep. Luckily, this is the only issue that I've encountered. I haven't had any stomach issues or iron aftertaste and feel like I'm tolerating them quite well. I really like that they're non-GMO, soy-free and gluten-free. The best part is that you get a 3 month supply for a great price. I'll definitely purchase these again.
