Yay! These work as well as I hoped they would for ear-loop style masks (with elastic loops)!I have smallish ears that are a little more diagonal than usual, so some masks slip off my ears too easily, and others droop and gap a bit. I was looking at everything from velcro cord organizers to bra extenders and crocheted ear savers with buttons (those are pretty good too), for a better way to secure my masks. I also wanted to find something suitable for my older relatives with dexterity issues. These are the overall winner!They feel sturdy, and the multiple knobs make them very adjustable. I've used them with KN95s, pleated procedure style medical masks, and handmade fabric masks that have elastic ear loops.One potential caveat is that if you have a fabric mask made of stretchy cotton-blend material, and the loops are made from the same fabric, the loops might not be long enough to reach much farther than the back of your ear. Additionally, such loops may be too thick for the silicone knobs to hold. For those, the crocheted ear savers with buttons, or headbands with buttons might be a better choice, given the buttons are large enough.Having said all that, I am so happy these appeared on the market, and will be buying more to share!

Work great. I wear hearing aids and wearing these when I wear a mask at work, keep the mask from getting caught on my hearing aids and potentially pulling them out.

I am 5ft 10" and a male. I put the mask on the longest holder of the strap and slide the mask over my head above my ears. I wear hearing aids and glasses. This way the strap holds the mask above everything else and is quite comfortable. I just don’t understand all the complaining. The only downside to these is the limitations of the holders in that they will not accommodate a thick loop. But I have a cloth mask that it works just fine with and it’s great with paper masks. I guess if your head is extra large it may not work for you as it is somewhat on the small side, but I would say my head is average size. More and more I find you just can’t believe so many of the reviews. I do not work for this company nor any other for that matter.

This item work ok but tends to get tangled in long hair. Great idea however needs work on the execution

I absolutely love these mask extenders. I have very sensitive skin and having to wear a mask all day around my ears is super painful. Using the mask extender, I can take the mask straps off of my ears and still wear my mask comfortably. I can drop my mask down and let it sit around my neck without having to take anything off. This makes it easy to pull it up quickly if someone comes in the room. There is just enough stretch in the silicon extender where it moves with you but it is still sturdy enough not fall down. The extender does not feel tight at all. I can wear them all day without getting any headaches or getting irritation from the extender. The rounded buttons do not get caught up in my hair. Being a woman with long hair, this is a huge plus. I have recommended these mask extenders to everyone I am working with and would recommend these extenders to anyone who has to wear a mask all day.

As someone who is hearing-impaired, this solved the problem of the straps from my mask (for COVID) grabbing on to my hearing aids and pulling them off of my ears.The only downside is that it does pull the mask down and a bit tighter which lessens the breathing room... but it’s not that big of a deal.

I bought these for traveling for my little ones given we were all going to wear N95 masks and wanted to avoid the pain behind the ears after wearing masks for several hours. I thought this could be a good option but these silicone stretching things start to slide to the bottom of the head, stretching then the elastic ear pieces of the face mask down and creating pain on the top part of your ear. I’m not sure if I’m describing this in an understanding way but basically they didn’t help us unfortunately

I had some hard plastic extenders that came with masks that I purchased on Etsy, but over time, each of them broke. I have a really hard time keeping masks hooked on my ears so wanted something comparable. I like these better. The soft rubber is much more comfortable on the back of my neck than the hard plastic was, and these do not get caught in my hair the way the hard plastic one did. No problems with the mast slipping off of them, and I actually think it's a lot easier/quicker to put on my mask than it was with the hard plastic one. I'm glad I found these.
