Amazing!
This pick forms to the thumb so effortlessly. I recently lost 3 fingers from a work accident so I can only use my thumb to pick and this is the most intuitive thumb pick I’ve ever used. Very grateful for this product as it has given me hope to play guitar again.

Great picks
I just received mine. After playing Dunlop jazz II picks for many decades, I’m so stoked about my Black Mountain picks. This is now my favorite!

Good pick
Works well. Just a little tight and gets a little uncomfortable after a while.

Order these from Amazon, not direct
This is the place to order Black Mountain picks. Don't order from Black Mountain directly or you'll be waiting forever. They are great picks and come from Amazon in a couple days.

not bad......
one has to get used to using this. . There are some nice rhings . One has to get used to it. On this site, amazon it offers a tighter spring tension but there is no option to purchase that on amazon. frustration ! I am ok with the regular version but I would like to try the titer tension. Black man should correct this .

My thumb no longer feels pain
As a new banjo player with big thumbs, I struggled with the normal plastic thumb picks. They either would slip off my thumb or they would be gripping so tight it would make the tip of my thumb numb. These picks are f***ing amazing. They feel natural on me, like if over the past million years I evolved to have pick grow out of the side of my thumb. The pick holds steady and grips snug. I bought a pack of three of these, but I so far haven't seen any wear on my first one after months of playing.

Stays on , works great, improved my strum a good bit.
The medium spring is probably just what you need, The tight spring can be a bit much after an hour or two on your finger.
