Q: Is there a phone indicator light that works with this headset?

Hello Shelia, You connect the Cisco Headset 561 to the Cisco IP Phone via Y-Cable, USB or Bluetooth (Multibase only). Then the Cisco IP phone menu will display the headset info, so it is on the phone display, with no light/LED on the phone itself. There is a LED indicator on the headset multi-base when connected to the IP Phone. Thanks
