When I bought a new house, the owner left some of this around, and I began to use it for various purposes, not just painting. It is a great all-around tape.I use it for taping a note to the wall or the refrigerator... painting... holding a cable in place on the floor or the wall... and so on. What's great is the adhesive doesn't stick to your hands nor does it pull off or damage the paint on your wall.One roll lasts a long time unless you are using it a lot for painting in which case you will of course use quite a bit at one time.As a general-purpose tape I find it invaluable, and would recommend everyone have one of these in their home. It's not overpriced as many things are these days, either. It's a good value for the money.

Duck brand is the best painter's tape. It's easy to apply and easy to peel off. I used this to paint a lamp and had no issues getting it on or off. There was no feathering of the paint around the edge of the tape, either. Will definitely buy again.

Part of our renovations is replacing moulding and painting. We just completed the installation of hardwood and we wanted to make sure paint would not bleed through on the floor and existing paint on the walls. Perfect lines and no bleeding...we ordered this product again for future projects.

This is by far the WORST painters' tape I have ever been unfortunate to use.It bleeds any paint I've tried, no matter what thickness. It is impossible to remove, tears into pieces and takes forever to remove from surfaces like tiles. It will pull the paint off the wall, too, so I ended up having to paint the wall again, after painting the baseboards. Very bad, useless product. It's mess, it's damage, it's lots of extra unwanted work introduced after this thing used. The only good thing about it is its nice blue color, if someone needed the tape for some twisted kind of decoration.

This turned out to be worse than dollar store painter tape! The blue colour bleeds through onto my white surface! And don't ask about removal...... Taking forever and painstakingly have to take off tiny strips left behind. Save your money, sorry to say this is the worst product!

I used this on cabinet doors that were painted and dried over a week - it left a glue residue on the door and i had to recoat. The tape itself is not very strong its very thin and tears too easily compared to other painters tapes. Not recommended.
