Great quality!
This ball is perfect for ab exercises/pilates routines. Perfect size with comfortable texture and durable for frequent use. Colors are super cute as well. Easy to inflate and stays pumped up (haven’t had to refill it yet in several months with frequent use 2-3x a week).

Good for my exercise moves!
These are great BUT very hard to keep the air in them full enough. I blow them up and even two seconds of trying to get the plug back into the ball it releases a lot of air. With that said, I use them for support in exercise, doing supported bridges and squeezing between the legs for Pilates and core moves. They are supposed to be giving and soft and do and are!

It works well. Others noted it was difficult to inflate, but it was nothing out of the ordinary for me. It comes with a small straw so you can inflate it without putting your lips directly on it. I didn't want it 100% inflated because I want it to have some give when I am lying on it or squeezing it, so I didn't mind that it took a second or two to put the plug in once the straw is removed. The ones at my old gym were never 100% inflated, maybe 85%, and that is purposeful.The thing I like best is that there's no stupid logo printed on it!

Awesome for Pilates
I always use it in my Pilates sessions. I never travel without it either. Great product. Durable and inexpensive.

Not Effective
I bought this for my pregnant wife to use for some stretches/exercises. It is okay. The ball is a bit lopsided. The worst part is the inflation system. It comes with a cheap straw (shown in the pic) that you have to use to blow up the ball. What makes it bad is that there’s no mechanism to keep the air inside so you have to quickly pull out the straw and insert the air plug or else it will immediately deflate. It took me three tries to finally insert the plug without losing a lot of air.
