Works good
This connects well with my emitters and the barbs in the main line. After a handful of times being pulled off the barbs they deform with swollen ends making a looser fit. I could have cut off a half inch and reconnected it, but I decided to buy some 1/4" spring clamps to go over the barbs because I didn't want any popping off while I was watering.

A good deal for the money
I ordered. It came fast. The box was way big. The mail lady couldn't get it in her car. I had to travel about a mile to pick it up. I'm happy. I almost didn't buy because of negative reviews. People complained that it got tangled up when they took the straps off the roll. They said they had trouble with fittings not fitting.Pretty simple really. Just be sure to buy the fittings with green color coding. Let it sit in the sun before you work with it. I actually kept the roll strapped together so it wouldn't get tangled. Drip system works great. Was easy to work with. Would buy again, but I'll probably die of old age before I need more.!!@!!

Excellent product. Monitor the price as it varies by 10-15 dollars a roll.

Slightly undersized for many connectors, but sturdy and inexpensive
I ordered this product to add a new section of irrigated garden space. I normally buy from a commercial distributor, but found this at a great price, and it arrived very quickly. The tubing is sturdy, but still bends easily as it is installed. My only issue is the inside diameter is slightly smaller than other brands I've used over the years. hat made using connectors that have to be forced into the end of the tubing a little difficult. When working with the product outside on a hot day, I could leave the tubing out in the sun and it made it a little easier to use, but when the tubing was cold, it was a bit of a struggle to insert connectors. When installing emitters, I found they inserted into the side wall of the tubing just as well as other brands, and I've had no issues with leaks, from connections or emitters or taps inserted into the sides. We're half way through summer here, and the product has help up perfectly. I can still recommend this tubing, but would suggest using it while the temperature is hot, or at least have a bucket of hot water on hand to warm the ends up to allow connectors to be inserted easier.

SUBSTANDARD. Beware!
DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! Very substandard. I have been doing irrigation for many years and have always used industry-standard products. I tried ordering this half-inch watering hose assuming from the Amazon description that it was a Rain Bird product as described - but what I received was a "Rain Drip" product that is substandard. The tubing is slightly smaller than industry standard so joiners and connectors don't work. In addition, the walls of the hose are weak and too thin and collapse when one tries to insert connectors for the smaller drip lines. DO NOT order this!

Used for pool heater - outstanding!
I use this product as a pool heater- zip tie the tubing in a big 500’ coil to a plastic pallet and have a submersible pump grab water from my pool, run it through the coils in the sun, then back to the pool. It works amazing and the tubing has not failed after 2 years in the direct sun. Folks that have complained about difficulty joining this hose to other attachments have either not used hot enough water, or need to try using a hair dryer to increase elasticity, as I’ve done MANY couplings and never had an issue.Working out the kinks in the inevitable twists from the coil can be a pain, but is very manageable, especially if you cut the hose, work out the twists, then use a 1/2” to 1/2” male coupler to join both ends together. There are loads of uses for this, but I’ve got 3,000’ of it heating my pool for a fraction of the cost of much less efficient premade heaters.
