I ordered the adorable plaid jacket for my young Boxer. I measured his neck and chest following the chart method. His measurements were on the cusp so I ordered a size up, XL. OMG, it won't velcro around his neck or chest. The measurements are about 4 inches too short, that's just to get a little velcro to secure plus the length is so short that it only reaches half way down his back. If you really want to order this jacket, go up 2 sizes. SO DISAPPOINTING.UPDATE- I reached out to the Seller who was very responsive and provided great customer service and provided an immediate refund for the jacket. I felt I needed to try one on before I purchased it rather than order another sight unseen. I provided my Boxer's measurements so they are willing to work on their measurement chart so people can order the correct size. The jacket appears to be made really well and would fit a dog that doesn't have a large chest or long body. Again, great customer service!

Great Dog Coat (Red/Black Buffalo) that seems to be made well. Love the ability to use both sides depending on the weather. The pocket is cute and usable.I gave this 4 stars because of the sizing. Yes, it's true ..the sizing in the description is COMPLETELY WRONG! I ordered up a size, per other reviews, and that is almost accurate. The Medium measures 16" length. The Large measures 18" length. The XL measures 22 1/2" length. *If your dog is the same length or larger, I would order up a size for full coverage.*Here's what worked for me:• My 15lb Yorkie/Cairn Mix is 15" from nape to tail. He fits in the Large (the medium was too small girth + length; XL was way too big).• My Westie, 15 1/2" from nape to tail, also fits great in the Large.• I had ordered the XL per review suggestions and my Yorkie Mix & Westie were drowning in it. Way too big! We gave the XL to our friend's Corgi.• My son's Wire Hair Terrier also can fit in the Large. She is 16" from nape to neck. If much longer than 16"/17" and I would consider moving up to the XL.• My 8lb Yorkie is 10" from nape to tail and fits in the Medium jacket. He's a little pudgy too.

I have to return both I ordered because they run SO SMALL! I'm going to give other people measurements so you won't have this problem when ordering. SMALL measures: 12"back measurement (does not include collar) and the LARGE measures: 16" back. They barely fit my dogs, I could keep both IF I wanted the jackets to be shorter/tighter. I am opting to return both for a size up so my dogs are comfortable and in case they shrink with washing them. My 11 pound maltese will need to exchange her small for a medium and my 22 pound terrier will need to exchange his Large for an Extra Large. I like the style of the jackets and the quality, so in my opinion they are worth buying but go way up in size when choosing a size for your dog(s). Hope this review helps others.

We just got these in 10mins ago and I already have to write a review! I ordered these for my pit bull and my hound mix pup. My pit is about 55lbs and my pup is about 30lbs. I got an XXL for my pit and an XL for my pup. I measured their chests and necks according to the size chart. The velcro strap on my pig's coat is really long. I could see it easily fitting a larger dog. She has a really wide chest and it's usually impossible to find coats and clothes that fit her, even in the XL and XXL sizes, but this fit perfect. Will order again.

My dog loves his new coat. He is a golden retriever 80#er, bought the xxxl fits perfect with lots of room. It will keep him warm out fishn n camping in the UP of Michigan in the spring and fall. Well worth it.

Size measurements fit perfect! Puppy loved it and she looked adorable! The pattern is great for fall and is super cozy. Easy to put one and easy to wash.

It was a waste of money. Itscway too small for my Pitt Bull, who is only considered a medium size dog. I got the XL. I guess that might be for a chubby Pomeranian? All my know is my dog is going to be cold this winter if i don't take him to a store and try something on him BEFORE purchasing it. When you take someones word on here, its buyer beware. Many scams.

The Velcro is fantastic - beats the old coat I had with the plastic clasps. This is SO easy to put on and take off - especially with a squirmy little beagle. She seems to love it - comes right over to me when it's time to put it on. I love that it's warm on one side and weather proof on the other. The red color makes it easy to spot her on the lawn. I recommend this coat! So does my little girl. ;-)
