I am a huge fan of muffuletta sandwiches and do like spicy, so this is right up my alley as a versatile condiment and garnish. It’s so good I was down to the last inch in the jar before I realized it and never got around to making that muffuletta.My favorite non-obvious use is to sub out sweet pickle relish (don’t judge – it’s how my mom made it) in tuna salad. Just tuna, mayo, and this giardiniera. Salmon salad, too, using some leftover grilled fresh salmon. Different. Superb.UPDATEI ordered a second jar before I finished the first – it arrived the same day I emptied the first jar. Maybe I will be able to make this one last longer? (Probably not,)

I love it. I like the minced mixture. Super good. I put it on everything.

Lid was loose oil leaked out of the jar jar says keep oil above material and refrigerate right after open. How long was it open? How long has it been leaking for? I guess I’m throwing it out.

SO good! Very tasty giardinaire, on the hot side with a nice afterburn. Solid 5 stars!

A flat out sensational quality product, but two deliveries have leaked badly. Do better, guys.

The package came superbly packed: glass jar in bubble wrap and cushioned in the box. The flavour is spot on. The fact that it's minced is just a bonus for those of us with a few missing teeth. I had no idea when I left Chicago that I would have so much trouble finding a jar. Will buy again as soon as I run out. 10/10
