I wanted to love this because it does absorb snowballs from snowy puppy feet, but it is dangerously slippery since there is no non-stick backing as described. I am replacing with another Dirty Dog runner. I ordered this one since it was 6” wider. Our other dirty dog is 5 years old and works great, but need another for back door.

It absorbs snow, rain off my dogs paws greatUnfortunately I had some yard work done late into the fall season and wasn’t able to clean up yard before winter- so my back yard is somewhat muddyI make my dog “STAY” on the mat for 2 minutes and then I check her paws basically for mud - sometimes I have to clean her paws manually- but she has a nice mat to sit on - (without tracking mud thru out the house)If my dog behaves then she gets a treatSo far so goodafter about 2-3 weeks of use I toss the mat into the washer it’s good as new

Have had it for a few months. I’ve washed it in the machine several times and haven’t had any issues with durability as some of the other reviews mentioned. It does make it much easier to keep my floors clean. Even if it’s raining outside I don’t have muddy paw prints anymore. However, it slides on the wood floor and it takes forever to dry after I wash it.

I really like this rug really which it came in a bigger size, regardless I’m back to buy another

This product is a bit deceiving...its a great mat however if you dont put a rug mat underneath it moves when your dog does anything.It's for sure durable and captures mud however I've found water wise not so much. My hardwood floors are not keen.I wish it had a slip mat attached or came with.

This has finally solved the muddy/wet paws problem!!Beautiful product with very soft feel.I have 3 dogs and was tired of dirty towels at the door. This product is very absorbent and no longer are there muddy/wet tracks on the floor!!I love it!! Also arrived in 2 days as promised.

I have one of these as a very needed item at our back door, having 4 dogs that track in (or used to I should say) all matter of dirt and twigs. This particular doormat is being used as a mat in the back of my Crosstrek for when they are being transported; it has a slight 'tacky' backing that doesn't allow it to slip around and gives the dogs a nice place to also lie down. I am very happy with the Soggy Doggy Doormat :)

This is the best thing that ever happened to our floors and my sanity. There is one at each outside door to trap all the sand, mud, water and other detritus trekked in by feet and paws and it works. I used to spend my days getting up the sand after each beach walk but now I shake the rug out once a week and lo! a mini beach is neatly deposited somewhere sensible. I also have these in the car to trap the sand and salt water after our daily walks. It saves me hours of vacuuming. Every so often, they are thrown into the washing machine and within a couple of hours are back on duty, fresh and new. I've had some of my beloved Soggy Doggys for well over two years now and they are still as good as new.

Does a great job of keeping my dogs feet dry after walking in our local woods and keeps the dirt from getting walked in the house.
