Exceptional Flavors & Spices Make This An Outstanding Ghee!
[My package was delivered first to my neighbor two doors. But luckily I have an honest neighbor.] The flavor is exceptional, and when I was doing a stir fry of chicken, veggies and brown rice, I put in only a teaspoons worth of the smoked paprika ghee and it was outstanding. Add a dab or two of sour cream to mitigate the heat and it was a perfect meal.

Great packaging !
I really like this ghee butter plus the selling is great. Even though we are in the middle of a heatwave here where I live right now my butter arrived cool from the seller doing such an excellent packing job:)

Like mom’s
My mom’s version of comfort food whenever I was sick or sad was homemade ghee or rice. Unfortunately, she never taught me the magic of her ghee. Most other brands have a musty taste. However, milk & honey’s ghee is reminiscent of hers. It’s my new go to comfort condiment. ❤️

Amazing--Makes my coffee taste like a glazed donut
I've been cooking with ghee for years, but I never thought to put it in my coffee due to the distinctive taste I've always associated with ghee. Enter this stuff. Wow. I add all sorts of fats to the large quantities of coffee I consume each day, including cream, butter, MCT oil, among others, but Indian Milk & Honey Ghee is fast becoming my new favorite. Rather than adding a slight aroma that is merely tolerable, this stuff actually enhances the flavor of your coffee, instead of detracting from it. If I had to describe it, when mixed with coffee it has slight notes of a fancy glazed donut (with none of the sweetness). And since it's shelf stable, you can keep it in your desk drawer at work, upping your coffee game without having to worry that someone else might use it up, or that it will get swept up in a a monthly fridge cleaning or something like that.

I got this during the pandemic because getting actual butter is so difficult now. This doesn't taste the same but it works great for cooking because it melts easily. If you can, try spreading some of it on bread and making grilled cheese. It was really good in mashed potatoes and in biscuits. If you're having a hard time getting regular butter this is a good substitute though much more expensive.

Don't bother with Ghee Butter
Always wanted to try Ghee and now that I have, I won't feel the need to ever buy it again. Its clarified butter ~ came in liquid form in the jar; hardened up in the fridge. I used it to make a grilled cheese sandwich but didn't notice any flavor added to my food; it was yellow lard. Using it on toast or biscuits did nothing except make a greasy sheen. And its expensive. You can buy a full pound of butter for half the price of 7 ounces of ghee; add some garlic and you have something tasty.
