it has been a hit at my home since i bought it one week ago. The sandwiches came out very nicely done and within few minutes. I bought it for the 180 degree open functionality. used it to grill chicken. the chicken cooked in 5-8 mins. so i would say heating is apt for home use. cord length is an issue. it is too small but in my case it was not an issue as it is kept next to power outlet.

The product is working good.But here are few cons which need to be looked into by the manufacturer 1.The Hinges are of plastic and very fragile. 2. The Lock is provided on one side .Resulting in uneven pressure when 2 sandwhiches are placed side by side for panini.Best is if the lock could have been provided in the centre or on both sides 3. The switch over from red to green lights is not very consistent .Always have to keep an eye to avoid over cooking

Using it for more than 8months now. Induction cooker in comparison went off in 3 months but this equipment is still going strong! Used it for chicken and sandwiches. Excellent. Just 5 mins for the meat and less for toast. Superb equipment. I hope it continues working like this! The cord is thick but short could have been longer but works good.

Good product but need more improvement. Price is little high.

Be aware, before you purchase it from Amazon, the seller can send defective product. I am a victim.

The grill is easy to use. It has the added feature of using both(top and below) plates to be used a grill. Non-stick works perfectly fine, however, handle gets a little warm while cooking. Also, we received the grill in perfect condition. Highly recommended. Will try and review again after 6months

Over all great product with this price tag. Size is a bit small, two standard size sandwich bread won't fit together. locking system is quite basic and a bit messy. Easy to clean provided one uses butter or oil specially when grilling meat or fish. Bread grilling has no issue and does not leave residue. Grilling is excellent and even.
