Excellent product I try to take 2 daily it gives a lot of energy and overall good feeling for me.. two things to note 1sometimes when taken on an empty stomach I get an upset stomach so even tho it says you can take with or without a meal I just always do with a meal to avoid that feeling 2 it tends to make you sleep if you're lacking rest only for like 2-3 days then everything goes BK to normal

Love the product. My legs are so much more comfortable. When I don’t take this complex of vitamins I can feel the difference. T4 to T3 wasn’t happening . Now I am dieting and loosing weight proportionately. No physician ever told me to improve the actions of T3& T4 for thyroxin use in the mitochondria. I was feeling sluggish and getting random muscle cramps, especially after workouts or long days. I’ve been taking product for less than a month, I’m not sure how it’s working but I do have more energy. I’m taking to repair a bone fracture in my lower vertebrae and waiting a little longer to find out if it’s working.

Great product

Have been on the product for about 2-3 weeks now because I am concerned about symptoms consistent with enlarged prostate. Recently I had a wonderful experience which had been eluding me for years and I truly enjoyed savouring it again. Not sure if this was a placebo effect or something else that I've gotten it right hence am keeping my fingers crossed to see if the improvement can be substantiated through continued use of the product and proven to be sustainable long term without any adverse side effects.
