So far so good. Got tired of lugging bottles of water home and then having them in the way in my small kitchen, so I opted for a 4 gallon bottle instead. Put this pump in and set it on the counter and it's good to go! Can't comment on battery life, as I have only had it for about two weeks, but haven't needed to recharge. Very easy to install and use.

Does the job - easy to assemble, looks to be made well overall (the button up-top is a little cheap looking but looks durable and wont break). Sits easily on top of the 5 gallon water cooler bottle, be aware that it does not have a mechanism to secure itself up there but it also doesn't seem unstable like it's going to fall off any minute. The pump motor is louder than I thought it would be - not in an obnoxious way, but I can tell you that people will be able to hear it working if you try to get a glass of water int he middle of the night. Battery life is excellent. Had it for a month so far. No regrets.

Works perfectly, medium pressure, battery lasts for at least couple of weeks without re charging.

Pros: It is so useful, looks good, charges reasonably fast. We charge overnight once a month. The flow is great and stops as soon as you push the button. On-off is perfect.Cons: This is the second one we purchased. Although it says standard, it is a bit too small for some bottles and if forced to make a tight connection, it will split. When the first one split while putting it on the bottle, we continued to use it even with the challenge of keeping it on. We like the convenience of the device. Also, it charges with the standard USB plug. It comes with a cord but not a plug.

I’ve wanted to go back to water delivery for years, but didn’t want one of those ugly, giant water coolers cluttering up my kitchen. This was a huge problem solver for me.It works great, the water pours out quickly enough to fill a pitcher without getting annoyed, and yet not so fast that you over fill a cup.Two thumbs way, way up.***Edited to add***I received this on March 15, 2020 and have been using it daily since 3/17/2020 (needed to wash it and charge it) and today 5/24/2020 is the first time we’ve needed to recharge the battery.Adding to my already overwhelming joy with this product, the batter life is incredible.Making this the perfect tool to take camping or on road trips and still have delicious bottled water without all of the single use plastic bottles to throw away.

Ordered this in Feb 2021. Mom had a similar product, it was useful, so I bought one. It quit working in the last seven days, so I swapped it with the one mom used to have and sat this one on the counter, where it has sat untouched for the last few days. Today, it randomly decided to explode. Looks like one of the batteries inside blew up, taking a chunk out of the shell. It did not catch fire, and thankfully it exploded while I was standing nearby to see and hear it.It worked well, until it didn't.

Really neat concept! Has saved a fortune on buying bottled water, not to mention I don’t have to lift that heavy jug of water anymore. I purchased this for at home use after I moved into a tiny apartment. But ended up needing at my Place of employment desperately. I work at a seasonal establishment & do not have electricity to run a water cooler in the break area. As hot as it’s been, we need several cases of water a day... with the COVID 19 outbreak, it has been extremely hard to find enough to supply the crew. This has absolutely been a time & life saver. I bring it home weekly to charge up for a few hours. Definitely pleased with the pump & would buy again.
