My wifes favorite honey. It's great in everything and she puts it in/on everything. I noticed a lot of people complaining that their honey came and it was slightly crystallized. Honey does that naturally, especially when it's not messed with. Not to mention light and temperature affects the viscosity. if you want your honey to return to normal just warm it and it'll become pourable again. But it doesn't really matter if you're adding it to coffee, tea, cooking with it, or adding it inside pastries; anything that'll get warmed already it will just return to normal.

I admit it - I'm a honey snob. Well, not a snob exactly, maybe more of a connoisseur, though that sounds a bit too pretentious. I love all sorts of exotic honeys, and think it's a shame that most people who love sweet things as much as I do never get to try anything but the ubiquitous clover honeys or anonymous "wildflower" honeys that can vary so much in quality and content. All of the Honey Feast honeys are worth trying because each has it's own unique character, and unlike clover many are remarkably complex. I was sad when the local Earth Fare store in my area closed partly because I thought I would no longer be able to treat myself and my friends to these special treats, so I was very pleasantly surprised when a search of the company name brought me to Amazon. If you love honey and unique, different flavors, Honey Feast honeys are a must-try!

My friend took me shopping for my birthday a few months ago and I found this company at a local olive oil and balsamic vinegar shop. After trying samples of their entire line of honeys I settled on the Mangrove Honey; it was very hard to choose because they're all so good! This week, I was getting down to the bottom of my little jar when I found this company selling on Amazon; I was thrilled since it's a very good price and it saved me a lot of driving time to go get just one item! I can still get local honey shipped straight to my house and don't have to fight traffic!!!

I looove a good, raw, unfiltered honey & this one is my favorite of the many I've tasted. It's got the best taste & it's priced fairly! Tastes great in my coffee & teas. I even use it on pancakes, its that good. I ordered the gallon, that's how convinced I was of its quality and taste.
