The blade on his knives is very nice
We bought these knives to replace our old steak knives, which had very small teeth and had gotten very dull. Having worked in the kitchen store, I know a little bit about knife, construction, and these knives are very well-made. They are well balanced, and they have a full tank, they are nicely weighted and feel good in your hand. I don't begin to understand how the construction of a knife is determined, but it would be nice if the blade itself were a bit narrower. They are quite heavy and a little bit over the top weight wise. But we do like them, and I would recommend them, they are high-quality and good construction.

Large and sharp!

And we've had bad experience with serrated style in the past. These knives are larger than the average steak knife. And extremely sharp!

Thoroughly shopped knife sets…these are well balanced in my hand, attractive wood block for storage, and a useful selection of knives to cover food prep needs and such.Very sharp…be careful!One detail..the storage block is tall and I needed to place mine under a cabinet…So consider location vs height of wood block.Am enjoying my new knives!

Out perform their price.
My first experience with cutluxe was a 10” Cimeter butcher knife and instantly fell in love. I will say the size of the handle and weight might be for everyone though. These knives are insanely sharp and have a solid/well made feel to them. I would highly recommend for anyone not wanting to break the bank on a quality set of knives.

Perfect Steak Knives
These are just what I needed. I like the serrated blades. I have Wustoff steak knives and these work 10 x better. Very substantial in the hands.

Beautiful Knife Set but package seal broken
Beautiful Knife Set but package seal was broken when arrived. I didn't see any problems upon inspection but it did not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. Don't expect to put in dishwasher to clean. They sure feel good in your hand when cutting. Wish the package wasn't unsealed, I wonder if I go a slightly used set????

Sono talmente belli che potrebbero essere oggetti da collezzione ed è quasi un peccato usarli, Sono affilatissimi e tagliano benissimo robusti e costruiti con materiali di pregio, vediamo adesso se durano nel tempo, spedizione non velocissima ma sono comunque arrivati in tempo consigliatissimi

ho visto questi coltelli a buon prezzo e ho pensato di tentare l'acquisto, già con il pensiero che avrei buttato i soldi. Devo dire che hanno una lama eccezionale, tagliano la carne in maniera perfetta e sono adeguatamente pesati. Li ho ricomprati.
