Not real sardines. Turned out to be chocolate. Good with onions on Melba toast anyway.

I really wanted to get my son something funny and since he loves sardines I thought this would be a good stocking stuffer. I do like the art on the package, however, I thought it was an actual tin, but it's only a cardboard package. It has three fish inside, but 2 of them were broken. I wish it was better quality so I could make it an annual recurring gift.

The box had 3 sardines in it. I was thinking it would be 6 based on photo.It was sent in a padded envelope but because the "tin" is cardboard that led to the box being bent and not looking nice when it arrived.Definitely would not order again due to price and packaging.

Who buys a box of chocolate sardines, pranksters.On a travel show I’d seen these so I immediately thought of a few friends and family who’d appreciate. And they did! Four ⭐️ because it’s not packed like the proverbial “can of sardines” wish it had more in the box.

I really enjoyed giving this as a white elephant gift. It was beautifully wrapped as pictured. The final recipient said the milk chocolate was very tasty.
