Very pretty and better than I expected. The customer service reached out to suggest me down size a little for a better quality diamond for the same price, which I agreed and it really turn out great, the diamond was so shiny and pretty and you can’t even tell the size difference that much , it was a great suggestion and I am so glad they reached out to me.

I just opened this and it is absolutely beautiful. I do wish the chain were a little bigger but I'm thrilled with the necklace.

Complete disappointment. I even spoke to customer service prior to ordering and they told me to call back an hour after placing my order to change the chain length. No one answered when I called. I upgraded to the platinum chain and it’s terrible. I’m sure their certificate of diamond quality is fake too. Complete junk. Don’t buy.
