Extremely disappointing

Yet another discussion of British actresses playing Lady Bracknell. Been done too many times. Wanted a biography. Muddles through reprints of tired reviews. If looking for Maggie's incredible performances, reader not find here.

Not the life of Maggie as I’d expected.

I adore Maggie Smith but was very disappointed with this. Possibly my fault for not reading the description properly. This was really a discourse on the roles that she’d played and comparing them to other actresses. Very interesting I’m sure but not what I was wanting.

It is not a biography of Maggie Smith

I didn’t like this at all. It was an analysis of performances.
