Remodeled the shower in our camper and opted for this shower head. I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s absolutely beautiful. It doesn’t retain hard water spots and it’s easy to clean. The quality is excellent and I love the fact that it is adjustable. Water pressure is great

It’s very pretty but will it stand the time. Not as heavy metal as I thought it would be, but not bad. It does leave lots of water spots so I have to wipe it down after every shower. It’s a very gentle unit. Not extremely strong water. It was my choice mainly on the price. It was the design I was looking for. The same design is much more expensive with more well known manufacturers. My only concerns are how long will it look this good.

UPDATE- I finally got contacted by the seller. They agreed to send me another unit. The shower on the new one worked great. Updating from 2 stars to 4.Original review- Like others have mentioned, the unit is very attractive. It installs relatively easily and at first it appears to be a very handsome unit. But within a week the rainfall shower head started leaking from a seam between the back and the front. Progressively this leak has gotten worse. It's at the point now that about a 1/4 of the water is now exiting this seam. The water squirts out the side and goes everywhere. The biggest issue is when you first turn on the shower because the door is open and the water gets me and the bathroom floor wet. The seller claims that satisfaction is important and that they respond to all issues within 12 hours, I have not heard back from them AT ALL. Very unhappy.I would NOT recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This is by far my favorite feature of our bathroom remodel! I love the slightly vintage look and simple design. The overall quality is great there are no spots showing wear on the gold polish.

overall great product! no problems with leaks or dripping but recommend tilting shower head up to drain after each use (I’m on well water and haven’t had any issues with buildup or rusting). on any normal wall the installation would have been a piece of cake however absolutely do not recommend combing with a shower/tub installation kit from like home depot/lowes (didn’t think that one through but I’m stubborn and made it work). Product itself is great quality, the adjustable height and removable head makes cleaning my shower super easy and well worth the money.

Not only does this shower fixture look perfect in our vintage inspired bathroom, but the customer service from the company was outstanding. We had an issue with a missing part and they sent us a replacement quickly. We had a second issue with one if the parts (totally our fault) and they made it quick and easy to order a replacement. They followed up regularly with status updates and to ensure our satisfaction. To say we are satisfied would be an understatement. The fixture is perfect for our 1920s/1930's theme. It's heavy brass, not some cheap look a like. It was a great buy. Highly recommend.

We bought this because it matched with the renovation we did on our shower. Within the first month the water started leaking out of the sides of the shower head instead of the actual shower head which made the water pressure much less, and made every shower less enjoyable. The aesthetics of the shower head do not make up for the poor quality.

Although this is an unusual design for today's shower fixtures, I got it just because of it and its usefulness. I understand that his design is often used for showers that are into a tub. The quality is impeccable. If you don't mind that it looks different than the modern stuff (designs) that are available these days, you will be surprised about the excellent water distribution (and pressure in my case) in shower head and handheld. A benefiit of the pipe running on the outside may be that you can adjust the height of the shower head and also lightly hold on to the vertical main tubing - if needed.The handheld shower is also excellent, light and very useful. A slight turn on the re-direct valve and you can direct the water into it - or both at the same time. Also the height is adjustable. One thing that you may have to get used to: The valves have opposite turning direction, then they are usually on sink faucet valves. Since they are regular wheel-type handles, one may be used to turning both the same way (to the right when closing). Shutting off the cold water to the left is odd, in this configuration - at least for me.There are no pressure restrictors - which spares me the job to remove them.
