It actually works.
Absolutely brilliant at getting dog hair out of carpets and also loosens hidden dirt deep in the pile of the carpet. Some care needed when using on other materials as it can snag.

Horribly wrong item!
The media could not be loaded. Product looked awful as if someone just carelessly knocked it up. It was rusty at the joints and the wooden handle was dented and rough. Unacceptable! See pictures & video. Had to wrap it up in a food bag as it may be a contaminated thing.

Don’t use on clothing
Works just fine on carpets and brings them ‘back to life’ again. Do Not use on clothing. It will snag and make them look worse than they were.

Easy to use
I bought two and yes they are great esp for removing pet hair from carpets and furniture. I would have given full marks but one of them was very rusty and I should have returned it but with the lockdown hassle I haven’t, good job it was for me and not bought as a gift! One of the items has since broken and I have tried three times to make contact but as yet no reply....would not shop with them again.

Rusty product but works OK.
This item is not new! It is rusty and the wood marked. Be careful what you use it on as easy damages fabrics but works well on the sofa and rug.

Exceptional gadget
This is a game changer. Despite the use of a pet hair vacuum cleaner this little gadget when used resulted in an astonishing amount of animal fluff brushed up. Am so so glad I discovered it.Quality of product is good too. Nice comfortable wood handle that is slim enough for my tiny hands.Would highly recommend.

Not fit for purpose
I am more than disappointed by this product, I'm infuriated. Not only did it not work very well, it also pulled and caused damage to both the sweaters I tried it on. Now I still have to find something to deal with the pilling *and* I have to sew up the holes it made in my jumper.
