Where to start. Very good quality, low cost and a complete panel of vit Bs. And I forget no crap in it. It is a good Vitamin B complex that I order again and again. And I think you should give it a try.

Yeah this works !
This product is fantastic ! Easy to take, easy to absorb. Works fast ! Gives you clarity, strength and the will to go. No upset stomach, but higher energy. Vit C is a added bonus. This is going to be a standard order.

I’m very satisfied with this product. It actually does what it says and I have been using it for years now. At my age, 78 years old, I have the energy and stamina of a much younger woman with no joint or arthritic pains. I won’t stop taking this Vitamin.

I've taken vitamin B for a long time, but didn't like taking an extra pill to get C. When I saw this had an adequate combination of all the ones I take, I was pleased to see it all in one capsule. It is slightly larger than what I was taking, but with all the extras in one, I save money! While it has a slight odor, it's much less than an ordinary B, but I still highly recommend this brand. I'm staying with it. Hope this helps. (I'm not paid for this review)

Awesome product
This is my third order of this supplement. I am the worst at talking oral medicine and supplements but the high energy and health benefit has kept me on a daily regiment for months. It is effective and easy to swallow.

This vitamin is packed with all the B's and I felt a difference with my energy level, so definitely what I needed. However the smell is HORRIBLE and you'll burp the smell all morning, even with drinking an acidic drink to expedite the digestion.

I bought these for my mum. She saw them recommended on some YouTube channel and made me get them for her. Amusingly if a doctor tells her to do something she’s far less likely to comply.
