Works very well
This exceeded my expectations. I almost returned it due to having a cheaper cream in a light green tub, but the other one wasn't doing anything after using it daily. I opened this and have used it 5-6 times in the last 2 weeks and I'm already seeing a huge difference. It started with peeling and then leaving my heels smoother. I struggle with dry, cracked heels and nothing has ever worked long-term so I am going to keep using this and see how it holds up. It's very thick, almost like melted marshmallow and it smells good.

Will continue ordering for smooth feet!
This is the best cream I have used on my feet to keep them smooth. I regularly need pedicures to keep my feet from being dry, but using this regularly has helped keep them smooth. It’s very moisturizing and a nice thicker consistency, I always put it on and rub in after my shower. Then I put socks over it while it soaks in. Also put it on overnight with socks. My doctor recommended Urea and I am so glad I chose this one.

Don't give up on it until you try this...
The consistency is okay. Not too thick and not too thin. The key is to put it on your feet after you've showered. That way your feet are still moist and and will easily absorb the cream. If you really want to see some results apply the cream, but don't fully rub it in all the way. Wrap your feet in saran wrap and put on some socks. Got to bed and check your feet for results in the morning. It's going to feel weird and be careful if you have to go to the restroom in the middle of the night. I have psoriasis on 1 foot and I did this method. My feet were so soft the next morning. Took off one star for the smell.

Just buy it, it works so so so well on cracked heels
This is my second time purchasing this cream. I had severely cracked heels that nothing was helping, almost went to a podiatrist over it. I then started soaking my feet and applying the lotion at night, and my cracks have been healed. I would recommend getting silicone heel socks and a callus remover to use in conjunction with the cream, it’s really life-changing for your Feet. I purchased another recommended urea foot cream on Amazon, and I’m pretty sure the listed ingredients were not in it. It did not work as as well as this cream. The cream is legit.

Get it
Texan here - I had those hard, gross, feet that would get deep cracks. Pedicures made it worse, foot creams and heel covers did nothing. When at the dermatologist I asked what I could do and she recommended this lotion followed with the pumice stone a week later. Boom. Worked like magic. Month later and still looking great!

Tacky
I can’t speak for effectiveness yet but know this product leaves a very tacky film (hours and hours later) on the feet that I find gross if not wearing socks. Smalls like eucalyptus. And the texture is like applying school glue.

The only urea cream that works for me
This is the best urea cream ever. I have been suffering with skin problems for years, and I tried a lot of different things. I finally found this one, and it’s the only one that works for me. I don’t know how to thank you for that cream; you deserve a prize. Thank you so much!

One of the better brands
Having tried several brands of Urea 40 cream on Amazon, I can confidently say that this brand offers a higher-quality product compared to others. It applies smoothly and evenly, providing excellent hydration, especially for dry, cracked skin. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the slightly unusual texture and residue it leaves on my hands and nails after application. While it's not a major issue, it does feel a bit odd until you wash it off. However, this minor inconvenience is easily fixed by washing my hands after applying it to my feet, and it hasn’t been enough to stop me from repurchasing. The scent is a pleasant surprise—it reminds me of The Body Shop’s original peppermint foot lotion, which unfortunately was discontinued. It's refreshing and not overpowering.Overall, I’m very happy with the product and will continue to buy it!
